2. It is suitable for mounting strip module M1.

6. Long lifetime mold : it only need to be whetted each 2 million times punching.

7. Fiber sensor detect good or bad chip. If it's bad chip, it`ll be rejected automatically.

8. It can mount chips on two sides of sheet through operating HMI.

9. It can be used for taping type or gluing type, which can be selected by the HMI.

10. The direction of COB or IC can rotate 45/90 degrees.

11. Two working tables can running at the same time. Or only single working table running.

12. It suit for different layouts, and can produce two different layouts at the same time. (Such as: one layout is 3*8, the other layout is 5*5).

13. It`s easy to load Plastic Sheet and easy to adjust.

14. Unique module correction design ensure accurate location.

15. Servo motor controls the location.

16. Delta PLC and color touch screen are used, and alarm system.
